Electric Chemistry

So much of what is classified as Art Photography seems to be moody, stormy or sad. As a counterpoint, the approach I take for a lot of my work is to find what I like to call "the smiling point" in the subjects I capture.

Electric Chemistry is one of those images that never fails to draw out a smile from people who view my work.

  Art Photography by TQ Lee

Photography makes me happy,
so I prefer to make art
that makes me smile.

You'll find that colour, ambiguity and wordplay are motifs that are represented a lot in my work.

I just think life's too short for staring at walls of moody,
subdued art photographs.
